We are best prepared to address contractual issues that occur when provided with specific details of the incidents. There are instances where issues have been reported to the company but those details are not being shared to your Union. 

In other words, Incidents not reported to your AFA Union essentially did not happen. Without this information we cannot address contractual deficiencies. Incident Reports also help us review frequent issues and enable us to amend any future contract verbiage.

We strongly urge you to keep reporting issues you come across as many times as you need to. While it may be frustrating and you may get tired of reporting, do not accept these problems. The contract has been negotiated on your behalf.
