Membership Dues

AFA Union dues are deducted automatically every paycheck. If you did not submit a form for payroll deduction, download a copy of the Dues Checkoff Form. Print it out and email a picture to . If you have not paid past dues, you will get an invoice mailed to your home from AFA. You can pay dues in full online or set up a payment plan.

Click here to download a membership application. If you are not a member you will not be able to volunteer for committees or vote in elections. However, you will still be required to pay a fee equal to the monthly dues.
